It all started, in 2004, from this curiosity that we can feel when we show up on a beach and discover these cubes strangely placed and without current functions. These concrete blocks refer to History, for some to memory, but they seem to be in decline. Vestiges of a painful and ephemeral time, they fade slowly and gently as they sink towards the abyss, to disappear forever from our horizons. Nature therefore regains its power over Man and his ambitions as if to mark the end of a world.
